AXR Law
This document covers the legal system of the Axos Republic (formerly Axos Socialist Republic) and any other entities under the same administration.

Civil Offences
These laws cover smaller non-criminal offences, such as trespassing or stealing lower-level goods.
Trespassing
- 1.1.1 - Anyone may enter another’s property, but they must leave if asked by the property owner. (Axford only) (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered))
- 1.1.2 - Refusing to leave another’s property is prohibited and may result in punishment. (Axford only) (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered))
- 1.1.3 - Killing or harming a trespasser over 10 damage points is prohibited and may result in greater punishment than the trespasser. (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered), Presidents)
- 1.1.4 - Entering a restricted union zone without permission from the project head or director is prohibited and will result in punishment. (Civilians, Soldiers, Commanders, Generals, Directors, Presidents)
Freedom of Speech
- 1.2.1 - Insulting the Lord is only prohibited if made in serious sense, not if made as part of a joke or sketch. (Civilians, Soldiers, Commanders)
- 1.2.2 - Insulting the Admiral or Allegiant General is prohibited and may result in punishment. (Civilians, Soldiers, Commanders, General, Presidents, Directors)
- 1.2.3 - Insulting a general or president is prohibited and may result in punishment. (Civilians, Soldiers, Commanders, Generals, Presidents)
- 1.2.4 - Insulting a commander is only prohibited if made in a serious sense, not if made as part of a joke or sketch. (Civilians, Soldiers, Commanders)
- 1.2.5 - Insulting a soldier is only prohibited if made in a serious sense, not if made as part of a joke or sketch. (Civilians, Soldiers, Presidents)
- 1.2.6 - Insulting a civilian is prohibited and may result in punishment. (Civilians, Soldiers, Commanders, Generals)
- 1.2.7 - Insulting goats is strictly prohibited and may result in severe punishment. (Civilians, Soldiers, Commanders, Generals, Presidents, Directors)
- 1.2.8 - Racism and Sexism are strictly prohibited and will most definitely result in punishment. (Civilians, Soldiers, Commanders, Generals, Presidents, Directors, Allegiant General, Admiral, Lord)
- 1.2.9 - Leaking classified information or media is strictly prohibited and will result in severe punishment. This includes reading, buying, owning, or giving the media. (Civilians, Soldiers, Commanders, Generals, Presidents, Directors, Allegiant General, Admiral, Lord)
- 1.2.10 - Denying the Rubicona war or Aegean cold war is strictly prohibited and may result in punishment (Civilians, Soldiers, Commanders, Generals, Presidents, Directors, Allegiant General, Admiral, Lord)
Building
- 1.3.1 – Building inappropriate structures that resemble a Swastika, or a male reproductive organ is strictly prohibited and can result in great punishment. The soviet hammer and sickle is an exception. (Civilians, Soldiers, Commanders, Generals, Allegiant General, Admiral, Lord)
- 1.3.2 – Flying the flag of an official enemy of the state is prohibited and may result in punishment. (Civilians, Soldiers, Commanders, Generals)
- 1.3.3 – Damaging anything outside your plot using moss is prohibited and may result in punishment. (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered))
- 1.3.4 – Extending or branching a road adjacent to your property is not prohibited but it cannot be classed or named without a permit, such can be obtained from the Lord. (Axford only) (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered))
- 1.3.5 – Constructing a cellar or basement is not prohibited unless there is a man-made chamber or Redstone cable. (Axford only) (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered))
- 1.3.6 – Mining under your property is prohibited unless you have a permit, such can be obtained from the Lord. Instead of making your own mine use a publicly accessible one. (Ft. Razal only, does not include Benefactors) (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered))
- 1.3.7 – Extending or branching an adjacent railway, canal, or ice track is prohibited and may result in punishment. This does not apply if you build an isolated one on your property. (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered), Commanders)
- 1.3.8 – Littering on the public domain is prohibited and may result in punishment depending on severity and history. (Axford only) (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered))
- 1.3.9 – Littering on another’s property is prohibited and may result in punishment. (Axford only) (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered))
Transport
- 1.4.1 – When crossing railways check there are no carts coming to ensure the safety of you and the passengers/cargo. You hold full liability for any accidents you are responsible for. (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered), Commanders, Generals, Directors)
- 1.4.2 – Blocking the ice tracks is prohibited and may result in punishment. (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered))
- 1.4.3 – Damaging the ice tracks is prohibited and may result in punishment. (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered))
- 1.4.4 – Trying to sail boats on R class roads is prohibited but cannot be punished. (Axford only) (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered))
Redstone
- 1.5.1 – Using any form of wireless transmission in your projects is prohibited without a permit, such can be obtained from the Lord. It is also compulsory to allow the AXR to study your machine for their own projects. (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered), Commanders, Generals, President, Directors)
- 1.5.2 – Any projects that use note blocks or jukeboxes for more than 30 seconds are prohibited without a permit; such can be obtained from the Lord. (Axford) (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered))
- 1.5.3 – Any projects that contain explosives are strictly prohibited and may result in punishment. (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered), Commanders) (Axford and Ft. Razal only)
Criminal Offences
These laws cover larger offences such as murder or terrorism.
Murder
- 2.1.1 – Killing a player without their permission is prohibited and may result in punishment. (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered))
- 2.1.2 – Inspiring, ordering or bribing another player to kill someone without their permission is prohibited and may result in punishment. (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered))
- 2.1.3 – Indirectly killing without the victim's knowledge using a timed bomb, pitfall, etc. Is strictly prohibited and will result in severe punishment. (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered), President)
- 2.1.4 – Killing villagers is prohibited and may result in great punishment. (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered), President)
Terrorism
- 2.2.1 – Placing a TNT cart on the railways, roads, and ice tracks is strictly prohibited and doing so classes you as a terrorist. It is impossible to do such accidentally and will always be punished. (Civilians, Soldiers, Commanders, Generals, Directors)
- 2.2.2 – Intentionally jamming telegraph lines is prohibited and may result in punishment. (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered))
- 2.2.3 – Sending off flying machines to crash into any structure is strictly prohibited and may result in great punishment. (Ft Razal only, requires permission from owner of structure in Brokenwood) (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered))
- 2.2.4 – Planting landmines without a permit is strictly prohibited and may result in great punishment. Such permit can be obtained from the Lord. (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered))
- 2.2.5 – Burning down any building without a permit is strictly prohibited and may result in great punishment. Such permit can be obtained from the Lord. (Ft. Razal only, requires permission from owner of structure in Brokenwood) (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered))
- 2.2.6 – Kidnapping any player is strictly prohibited and may result in great punishment. (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered))
- 2.2.7 – Making, buying, selling, or owning any form of explosive substance is strictly prohibited and may result in great punishment. (Axford only) (Civilians)
- 2.2.8 – Attempting or succeeding an assassination of a Commander, General, President, Director, the Allegiant General, the Admiral, or the Lord is strictly prohibited and may result in severe punishment.
- 2.2.9 – Lag machines are strictly prohibited and may result in severe punishment. (Civilians, Soldiers, Commanders, Generals, President, Directors, Allegiant General, Admiral, Lord)
Theft
- 2.3.1 – Stealing an item from another player without their permission is prohibited and may result in punishment. (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered), Commanders, Generals)
- 2.3.2 – Stealing money from another player is strictly prohibited and may result in great punishment. (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered), Commanders, Generals)
- 2.3.3 – Stealing the Lord’s crown is strictly prohibited and may result in severe punishment. (Civilians, Soldiers, Commanders, Generals, President, Directors)
Fraud
- 2.4.1 – Stealing the identity of another player is strictly prohibited and may result in great punishment. (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered), Commanders)
- 2.4.2 – Forging money is strictly prohibited and may result in punishment. (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered), President)
- 2.4.3 – Forging permits is strictly prohibited and may result in punishment. (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered), Commanders, Generals, President)
- 2.4.4 – Forging AXR documents is strictly prohibited and may result in punishment. (Civilians, Soldiers, Commanders, Generals, President, Directors)
- 2.4.5 – Forging a fossil or large ore vein is strictly prohibited and may result in punishment. (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered)
- 2.4.6 – Pretending to have fought in the Rubicona War is strictly prohibited and may result in punishment. (Civilians, Soldiers, Commanders, Generals, President)
- 2.4.7 – Forging ancient structures or shipwrecks is strictly prohibited and may result in punishment. (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered))
Protection
- 2.5.1 – Cutting down trees in a protected area is strictly prohibited and may result in punishment. (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered), Commanders, Generals, President, Directors)
- 2.5.2 – Killing a protected creature or plant is strictly prohibited and may result in punishment. (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered), Commanders, Generals, President, Directors)
- 2.5.3 – Removing lava from a protected area is strictly prohibited and may result in punishment. (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered), Commanders)
- 2.5.4 – Damaging a protected site is strictly prohibited and may result in punishment. (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered), Commanders, Generals, President)
- 2.5.5 – Mining in a protected area is strictly prohibited and may result in punishment. (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered), Commanders, Generals, President)
- 2.5.6 – Building in a protected area is strictly prohibited and may result in punishment. (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered), Commanders, Generals, President)
Treason
- 2.6.1 – Protest and counter-protest are not prohibited unless they turn violent. (Civilians, Soldiers (unless ordered), Commanders)
- 2.6.2 – Disobeying orders from commanders is prohibited and may result in punishment. (Civilians, Soldiers)
- 2.6.3 – Disobeying orders from generals is strictly prohibited and may result in great punishment. (Civilians, Soldiers, Commanders)
- 2.6.4 – Disobeying orders from the Allegiant General, Admiral, or Lord is strictly prohibited and may result in great punishment. (Civilians, Soldiers, Commanders, Generals, Directors)
- 2.6.5 – Starting a riot is strictly prohibited and may result in great punishment. (Civilians, Soldiers, Commanders, President)
- 2.6.6 – Becoming a rogue against the AXR is strictly prohibited and may result in severe punishment. (Civilians, Soldiers, Commanders, Generals, President, Directors)
- 2.6.7 – Attempting or succeeding a split of the AXR is strictly prohibited and may result in severe punishment. This applies to all sides of the split. (Civilians, Soldiers, Commanders, Generals, President, Directors)
Special Laws
These laws control what happens to the AXR in certain situations and conditions.
Order flow
- 3.1.1 – The Lord, Admiral, and Allegiant General may order: Directors, Generals, Commanders, and Soldiers. In emergencies they may order: Presidents, Regional Sub-Leaders, and Civilians.
- 3.1.2 - Presidents may order: Soldiers, and Regional Sub-Leaders. In emergencies they may order: Civilians.
- 3.1.3 - The Civil Director may order: Soldiers, Civilians (In Project).
- 3.1.4 - The Militant Director may order: Soldiers, Civilians (In Project). In emergencies they may order: Presidents, Generals, Commanders, Regional Sub-Leaders, and Civilians.
- 3.1.5 - Generals may order: Commanders, and Soldiers. In emergencies they may order: Presidents, Regional Sub-Leaders, and Civilians.
- 3.1.6 - Commanders may order: Soldiers. In emergencies they may order: Regional Sub-Leaders, and Civilians.
- 3.1.7 - In emergencies Regional Sub-Leaders may order: Civilians.
- 3.1.8 - Orders can be modified by a superior of the orderer.
- 3.1.9 - Orders from higher ranking-members (by level) are to be prioritised.
- 3.1.10 - Regional Sub-Leaders must follow the same laws as Civilians.

Overruling
- 3.3.1 - The Lord may be overruled if: The Admiral, Allegiant General, all Presidents, and Generals wish to make the Admiral the new Lord.
- 3.3.2 - During an emergency: the Admiral, and Allegiant General are placed below the Lord, and the Lord may order them as he wishes.
- 3.3.3 - If the Lord is unable to rule the succession will run in this order: Admiral > Allegiant General > Militant Director > President of Axia > 1st General > 2nd General > 3rd General > First person to declare themselves Lord of the AXR.
Re-ranking
- 3.4.1 - The Lord, Admiral, and Allegiant General may change the rank of any member of the AXR.
- 3.4.2 - Presidents may appoint or remove Regional Sub-Leaders with permission from the Lord, Admiral, or Allegiant General.
- 3.4.3 - Generals may appoint or remove Commanders with permission from the Lord, Admiral, or Allegiant General.
Reforming
- 3.5.1 - If the AXR is dismantled by declaration from the Lord all AXR laws within this document will be discarded, all ranks will be removed and will lose authority. All members that can, will gain a form of communication with the Lord, and the AXR will reform as another entity when the Lord declares reformation.
- 3.5.2 - During reformation the Lord will lose his title and merely be “Axo”.
- 3.5.3 - During reformation the Admiral will lose his title and merely be “23”.
- 3.5.4 - During reformation the Allegiant General will lose his title and merely be “51”.
Policy
These are policies for the public to read and understand why we have these laws and what to do in return to make the AXR a better place.
Document Policies
- You are expected to follow these laws, no matter prefecture or province.
- You must appreciate these laws and the lengths taken to enforce them to the benefit of the public.
Web Policies
- You have access to contact the AXR through official channels; we have zero tolerance for any abuse or harassment of our admins using those means. The channels exist for the benefit of the public, and you are expected to use them responsibly.
- There is copyright on most AXR media, please do not ignore this and follow the licensing we give you.
- The AXR does not have presence on all sites, and please do not pretend to be an official AXR channel.
Terms and Conditions
- By joining the AXR, you agree to be part of the chain of command.
- You agree to take responsibility for what you do and take punishment.
